This little munchkin is absolutely precious! Tiny as can be and crawls in your lap for hugs. Itsy follows us everywhere like a puppy dog. She loves her big brother, Raffi, and if he sells as a gelding she will sell with him as they are very bonded best friends. Obviously if he sells as a jack she will need to be separated and have other friends. She will remain small and is appearing to be at least semi-wooly.

Itsy is hands down the sweetest little donkey ever born here. And that is saying a lot as all of my babies are sweet as can be. She is looking for her forever home and a new bff since Raffi was sold as a jack.

Itsy will be a fabulous addition to any farm as a show donkey, a future broodjennet or a lovable lap donkey...or all three.

This little stocky girl has the biggest personality ever!!! In your face for kisses, stands on your rake when you try to clean, demands attention. But lovable as ever and cute to boot. She has a very dense wavy coat just like her brother Holy Canolli who turns out quite wooly. His nickname was Trouble so something abut this pairing produces foals with HUGE personalities. Fun donkey for sure!!!

This birth was an absolute miracle. It was 6:30 in the morning and I checked my barn camera and saw Sheba just starting her second stage of labor. Threw on my clothes and rushed out to find that Sheba was standing and baby was almost half way out. The unbelievable sight was that foal was coming out butt first. This is usually a near impossible scenario. I grabbed the torso and helped baby out for an easy landing. Luckily Olivia was a tiny foal or this most likely would have had a sad outcome. This Little girl has so much love to give. I wish I could keep her but I am sure she will find a loving home.

This beautiful gray girl did not want to come out. She was on her back and could not rotate once in birth canal. It took our vet 2 hours to reposition her and get her to stay that way for a normal but assisted delivery. Amazingly she was still alive and has proven over and over again since birth what a strong and resilient donkey she is. Friendly as they come and perfect in every way. Hence the name Genevieve meaning gift from God. Definitely a lap donkey.
