After waiting for a month, Sheba decided to give birth to this little beauty the night of our family reunion. So our barn was filled with onlookers at midnight and the flashes went off so many times it looked like a lightening storm. What a stunning little girl we have here!!! Up within 5 minutes and the straightest set of newborn legs ever! At day one she tracks perfectly and is already practicing her showstopping prance. We were on vacation last year when our group of three jacks escaped into the girl's pen. So DNA will determine for certain who the sire is. I believe at this time, because of her looks and her color, that it is Hot Tamale. In 30 days we will know for sure. Since Sheba spent the past month in our front yard visiting us and my parents and laying her head in my Dad's lap it is no surprise that "Summer" wants to sit in my mom's lap all day too. Look for her in the show ring and "NO" I am sorry she is not for sale.

Grand Sire: PMF Bandito in Black, 32
½" Dark Brown
Grand Dam: Donkey Delights Country Duchess,
31¼” Lt Brn

Now this little girl gets the award for miss personality plus!! Sometimes I try to hide from her so I can play with the others. She has a great set of legs and a face to die for! Will be a super show donkey as she has fantastic presence with a real "here I am" attitude. Coalette has given me four girls in a row from 3 different herd sires. All are extremely correct and all have that showgirl look and attitude. Can't wait until she is of breeding age as I think she will be a great cross with our newest spotted future herdsire "Short Assets Check Me Out".

Tomahawk certainly did well by us with his last foal to be born on our farm. Honey is drop dead gorgeous and perfect as can be!! She has the most beautiful head with huge eyes and a muzzle I cannot stop kissing. Her beautiful red color stands out across the field. And she is definitely much sweeter than honey!! She will be a fantastic addition to anyone's herd and will be a real showstopper in the ring! It will take a lot of bribing to get me to part with her. She will most likely mature at about 31 to 32 inches.

  Dam: U-My Brown Sugar,31½" Brown
Grand Sire: My World Spunky, 31½" Dark Red
Grand Dam: Donkey Delights Country Duchess, 31¼" Gray

We were anxiously awaiting this foal since her full brother "Hot Tamale" (our future red herdsire) is the most fantastic donkey we have ever laid our eyes on. We were very surprised when "Silly" was born to see a black donkey out of this combination. She is however very compact and correct and a definite keeper. Silly is a total pocket donkey and won't leave anyone alone for a second. She is the main attraction when visitors show up and everyone wants to take her home. Maybe I should start locking my gate!
