All our babies are handled
from the moment they are born (we haven't missed a birth yet) and many
times daily thereafter. We pick them up and carry them around, tap their
hooves, put our fingers in their mouths and ears and rub them all over
their bodies. Our foals learn to trust people completely as they associate
us with comfort and security. It always does my heart good when the
babies come running up for loves every time I walk into their pasture.

This little beauty had a rough start
following her momma's two week stay in ICU at Loomis Basin Equine
Clinic. Antonia had Hyperlipaemia and spent 2 weeks on I.V.
therapy. She dripped milk the whole 2 weeks and poor little
Jillian did not receive passive transfer of immunity and therefore
required a plasma transfusion at one day old. Luckily she
is healthy and happy now and ready for fun!

What a day we had.
I had taken my mom out
to the barn to see Moon's baby and she looked over and noticed a
jennet (Lolli) lying down
and asked if she was OK. I looked in on her
and she had just delivered this
beautiful little girl.
I don't know if I will sell her yet. She looks
like Audrey Hepburn or someone. Looks like
she is wearing makeup. Beautiful little girl.
She is a rich copper color.

Rose Gray
Sire:

31" Dark Brown
Dam: Mossy Oak's Sweet Pea
32 1/2" Rose Gray.
This
little boy has a fantastic personality, good looks and great
conformation. He should mature under 32 inches.
He had a bit of a rough start as his momma "Not So Sweet Pea"
being a first time mom and all decided she didn't want a baby after
all. So he is a bottle baby. Or a bucket baby now.
He will be available earlier than most since weaning him will
not be an issue. He is best buddies with our black lab (who
loves to steal his leftover milk) and is a very affectionate, playful
little boy.

It will take a lot of bribing for me to give

in several ways. She leans on you for hugs and rubs, she has
a natural showgirl stance and is petite, correct and gorgeous.
